Shipping destinations

Tac Lab ships from Italy to Italy and other European Union countries.

Available delivery options for your address are shown at checkout. Shipping outside the European Union is not currently available.

Ready-to-ship items

Ready-to-ship orders are prepared and handed to the courier within 3–5 business days after payment.

Estimated transit time is 5–8 business days from dispatch. Please allow approximately 8–13 business days in total from payment to delivery.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Personalised commissions

Personalised figures require production time before dispatch. The preparation times for ready-to-ship items do not apply to commissions.

The current maximum delivery timeframe for new commissions is 12 weeks. The applicable timeframe is also displayed on the product page before purchase.

After placing your order, please email your reference photos to taclab.project@gmail.com, including your order number. Sending your photos promptly helps me schedule your commission.

Once I’ve reviewed your photos and the current queue, I’ll email you a proposed dispatch date within the delivery timeframe stated when you ordered. Estimated transit time after dispatch is 5–8 business days.

If the proposed date doesn’t work for you, reply within 3 calendar days of receiving my email to cancel your commission for a full refund, including any shipping charges paid for the cancelled commission.

I’ll only begin work after you explicitly accept the proposed date. If I don’t hear from you, I’ll send a reminder. Silence will not be treated as acceptance.

If missing reference photos or other information affect the schedule, I’ll contact you to agree on a revised timeframe.

This cancellation option does not limit your statutory consumer rights. Please see the Refund Policy for further details.

Shipping costs

Italy

Standard shipping costs €5. Shipping is free for orders of €60 or more.

Other European Union countries

Standard shipping costs €14.99. Shipping is free for orders of €150 or more.

The applicable shipping charge is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order tracking

All shipments are tracked. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking details.

Tracking information may take a little time to update after the courier receives your parcel.

Delivery times and delays

Transit times are estimates and may be affected by courier disruptions, public holidays or other unexpected events.

If your order is delayed, please contact taclab.project@gmail.com with your order number. I’ll investigate with the courier and help resolve the issue.

If I become aware of a delay affecting the agreed delivery timeframe, I’ll contact you. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights concerning late or failed delivery.

Shipping address and order changes

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.

If you need to correct your address or request a change, contact taclab.project@gmail.com as soon as possible. Changes to the parcel or delivery address may not be possible once it has been dispatched.

This does not affect any applicable right of withdrawal or other statutory rights. Please see the Refund Policy for details.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, contact taclab.project@gmail.com with your order number.

I’ll contact the courier and work with you to resolve the issue. For deliveries arranged by Tac Lab, responsibility for loss or damage remains with Tac Lab until you, or a person you designate other than the carrier, physically receive the goods.

If possible, include photos of the damaged item and packaging to help with the investigation. Providing photos is not a condition for exercising your statutory rights.
